Service Description
A 45-minute sports and deep tissue massage session, giving more time to work on key areas of tension or multiple areas of the body. Treatment may include deep tissue massage, sports massage techniques, soft tissue release and assisted stretching where appropriate. Pressure is tailored to your preference and treatment needs.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full appointment fee. Missed appointments may also be charged in full. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, so please get in touch as soon as you can if you need to make a change.
