Move Better Specialist — helping St Albans’ athletes and active people feel better fast and move better for good.

With over 10 years’ experience working with athletes, sports teams, and active clients, I focus on finding and addressing the movement restrictions that are stopping you from feeling and performing your best.

What I do focus on is helping you feel looser, move better, and recover faster — so you can get back to doing what you love, without stiffness or aches holding you back.
A Bit About Me...
From a young age, football was everything to me. I was fortunate enough to turn that passion into a full-time career—but like many athletes, injuries eventually caught up with me. After a few tough seasons trying to push through, I had to accept that my body couldn’t keep up.

What I didn’t realise back then was just how much movement quality mattered. Not just training harder, but moving better. Not just stretching, but understanding restrictions. Not just rehab, but learning how to keep the body performing the way it was meant to.
Looking back, I can see how much difference it would’ve made if I’d understood that earlier—how my body moved, what was holding it back, and how to address those limitations before they became injuries.

That experience lit a fire in me. I went on to study Sports Therapy, and specialise human movement, corrective exercise, and functional training. And the more people I worked with, the clearer it became:
movement restrictions are the real enemy — and improving movement quality is what creates lasting change.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with athletes, sports teams, and active clients in clinics across Grays, Berkhamsted, and Harpenden, and even collaborated with a top-level sports brand. Across all of that, one theme kept coming up: people don’t just need treatment — they need to move better.

Now, through Move Better. Feel Great. in St Albans, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned into my work as a Move Better Specialist. My focus is simple:
reduce the restrictions holding you back and help you move the way your body is designed to.
